How to play

  • Choose a calculator round or mental math, then a topic and a round: 60 seconds, 90 seconds, 2 minutes, or 10 or 20 questions with no timer.
  • Each question gets one try. Right or wrong, the next one appears straight away, and you see the right answer for the one you missed.
  • Each right answer scores 10 points. Three in a row starts a combo: ×2 from 3 in a row, ×3 from 6, and ×4 from 10. A miss or a skip resets it.
  • An answer in the wrong form (like 0.15 when the question wants a percent) doesn't count against you. You're told what to fix.
  • At the end, every question you missed has its worked solution, so you can see how it's done.

Fair timing

The clock only runs while the question is on your screen. Switch tabs, or press Pause, and it stops (paused questions are hidden). A slow phone or a busy computer never costs you time.

The daily challenge

Every day there's a new set of 10 mixed questions, the same for everyone, with no timer. Play it as often as you like: your best score for the day is kept.

Where the answers come from

Every question is worked out by the same calculators you can use on this site:
